Under the direction of The RMR Group, 20 Mass delivers a new mixed-use atmosphere at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and F Street in Capitol Hill. Combining multi-floor office, a locally inspired Royal Sonesta Hotel, chef-driven F&B and an exclusive amenity penthouse, Nimble. is proud to have led brand development and on-going brand marketing and environmental graphic design support.

With a Discovery Phase and comp. research behind us, we selected the name “20 Mass” to tie the equity associated with its prominent Massachusetts Avenue address to the brand. Adjacent to Union Station and world-class attractions in Capitol Hill, we crafted a narrative to position 20 Mass as a new DC destination that keeps its people moving. Through visual identity development we paired rich, bold tones with a high-end mark. The flexible system serves the hotel, retail and office facets through a bold and kinetic resolve. Extending the brand into a development-wide brochure, extended website and e-blast campaign, we supported a strong launch to market. We remain actively engaged in on-going marketing and experiential extensions.
