Spearheading the progressive redevelopment of 926 Brady, Clarion and Westbridge invited Nimble. to lead brand development and introductory marketing to position the building as one of the last historic office spaces available in West Midtown Atlanta—and the final opportunity within its award-winning complex, Stockyards.

 

 
 

Nimble. developed a sub-identity for 926 Brady that communicates an unpretentious place with local clout, and accompanying core messaging promises a work home where innovative companies can do their best work, retain top talent and weave their story into the fabric of the tight-knit Stockyards community and historic West Midtown neighborhood.

Focused on marrying the building’s natural vintage aesthetic with its new flexible floor plan and modern comforts, 926 Brady’s identity system balances timeless gold elements and minimal dark neutrals, anchored by the greater Stockyards development name. An illustrated protagonist represents the visionary and creative users that the building suits best.

For the on-site tour and marketing center experience, we narrated a large-format visual sequence highlighting 926 Brady’s top advantages.
