Bolster Real Estate Partners is a minority-owned and operated firm dedicated to developing and capitalizing transformative urban infill projects that empower economic viability. When Founding Principal Donald R. Washington Jr. approached Nimble. to lead brand development and launch for his new business, we were honored to lead by his side.

Inheriting an impressive stack of data-backed market research and in-action business plan, we hosted a collaborative key messaging workshop to review existing content, discuss holes and refine new story to shape brand voice. Articulating a company introduction and promise, we delivered mission, vision, values, founding story, tagline and evergreen key messages to establish a new reputation in the RE marketplace. Purpose-driven naming strategies led us to “Bolster” — a name capable of communicating the mission to “support” and “prop up” impacted communities through transformative investment and development initiatives. We brought the brand to life through a defining design that represents the coming together of people, purpose and place, and extended it across a variety of digital and tangible launch to market extensions.
