Breck Exchange

Breck Exchange is a collection of three office neighborhoods comprised on 12 buildings in the heart of Duluth along Breckinridge Boulevard. Acquired by RealOp Investments in 2019, Nimble. was invited to lead brand development, launch-to-market and connected campus signage with the objective of uniting the segmented campus at-wide through strategic wayfinding.
By renaming three disparate office parks, “Breckinridge Center”, “Breckinridge Exchange” and “Park Creek”, under one collection name, we simplified RealOp’s reintroduction to market and broker awareness campaign with a connecting storyline and bold visuals. Suited to both tech-leaning start-ups and established engineering firms, “Breck Exchange” represents the coming together of diverse experts of all shapes and sizes. With brazen bursts of color to identify each distinct office neighborhood, we defined a flexible brand to establish a tenant community with a level of distinction that translated seamlessly to neighborhood wayfinding. From a digital marketing campaign to tangible specialty swag and signage design and project management, we worked as an extension of the RealOp team to extend the Breck Exchange brand into the built environment for a fresh take on ‘strength in numbers’ down Breckinridge Boulevard.
