Crown Pointe is a two building Class A office campus located in the heart of Atlanta’s Central Perimeter submarket. Acquired with the objective of improving property conditions and perception through strategic capital improvements, Pacific Oak partnered with Nimble. to develop an identifiable, confident brand that would stand out in a competitive landscape.
We kicked off our engagement with brand development, aimed at building a meaningful, distinctive personality for the project. The crafted identity system is clean and easily recognized, intentionally designed to make an impact through digital marketing and physical experience. The vibrant blue accent colors work together to balance an otherwise reserved palette and draw subtle distinction between the 1040 and 1050 buildings. With an enhanced storyline in place to communicate the dramatic renovations, we shaped a targeted launch to market campaign to establish consistency and clarity across brochure, website, virtual tour, and email marketing channels.
Leading interiors consulting to ensure brand consistency through every experience, we supported design and creative direction of campus-wide lobby and common area renovations, a tenant lounge refresh, a fitness center modernization, spec suite programming, property management office upgrades and patio improvements. Creating an interior and exterior campus signage and wayfinding program, we designed vehicular and pedestrian directionals, building mounted ID’s, parking entrance signage and the garage wayfinding across two decks, shaping brand consistency across the exterior. On the inside, we expanded our scope through consistent signage standards, environmental graphics and branded informational displays, and are actively involved on interiors consulting.
