Industry Real Estate Partners is a boutique capital markets advisory firm uniting the institutional experience of three founding partners with a personalized approach to client service. Founded in 2021 by Jeff Henson, Stephen Pond and Chip Sipple, when the time came to develop a compelling brand for this entrepreneurial venture our team was excited to lead creative.
Beginning with an in-depth messaging workshop, we led the team through conceptual conversations to develop clear and competitive positioning. Articulating the mission, vision and foundational pillars for Industry REP to stand on, we crafted a clear story tailored to institutional clients and smaller audiences alike. Through brand development, we designed an interlocking, stenciled word mark to highlight the firm’s emphasis on building partnerships and its attention to detail. A strong neutral palette and signature blue present a stable and established look and feel — just the thing this entrepreneurial team needed to successfully launch a new venture to market and attract new clients quickly. Delivering a library of essentials to power a strong launch, we brought the brand to life across their corporate website and a range of marketing templates.
