Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT (KORE) is a distinctive office REIT listed on the main board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST). With the goal of defining a stand-out, lifestyle-driven portfolio showcase for its eight key growth markets, KORE partnered with Nimble. to bring the story of its impressive assets roster to life. Following the announcement of the KORE rename in November 2019, Nimble. worked seamlessly as an extension of the REIT marketing team to develop a show stopping portfolio showcase capable of educating Singapore investors, US-based tenants and property teams on the value and distinction of KORE assets.
With the overarching strategy of generating the visual and written content required to tell the story of each market’s lifestyle offerings, we started our process with travel, research, copywriting and led photography. Personally visiting each of the eight diverse key growth markets and all assets, we directed dozens of photo shoots that captured the quality and liveliness of each market to communicate visually to a global audience. We also interviewed key teams and diverse tenants to inform written content spotlighting the ‘why’ of each asset.
With visuals and story coming into place, we designed a robust editorial digital showcase integrating information hierarchy, data visualization and illustration to speak boldly and clearly.
Upon digital showcase completion, we next translated all content created to web, designing a custom HTML website with an elevated, highly immersive interface. Intentionally developing content that communicates across platforms for an international audience — the KORE website is now live on koreusreit.com.
