Market Square

Market Square is a 325,154 SF mixed use workplace comprised of two 10- and 12-story office towers and street level retail adjacent to San Pedro Square in Downtown San Jose. Recently acquired by new owner, Rubicon Point Partners, CBRE partnered with Nimble. to reimagine the asset’s brand storyline and aesthetic in order to align to ownership’s forward-looking vision.
We began by crafting the story of Rubicon’s vision, shifting the script to position Market Square as a direct extension of San Pedro Square and to reveal its developing Class A qualities. Followed by visual styling exercise, our design team dug deep into inherited brand assets making subtle adjustments and rounding out the brand’s color palette and illustration style for optimal functionality. We designed digital tour collateral and custom illustration along with an email marketing series to support brand reveal and launch.
