Founded in 2021 following the formation, scaling and sale of a predecessor REIT business, when it was time to build the brand for the founders’ new company our team was honored to lead.
Beginning with in-depth discovery conversations through a brand strategy workshop, we distilled visionary soundbites into concise brand messaging articulating mission, vision and values alongside brand story across subsidiary business strategies. We outlined a clear roadmap towards the desired look and feel for the brand-to-be and its launch-to-market approach. The resulting brand system combines a competitive, pragmatic edge with a sophisticated look and feel capable of attaining national prestige. Delivering a library of essentials to power a strong launch, we worked to bring the newly crafted brand to life across a new marketing website, presentation decks and business stationery.
