Ready to pronounce Oxton, a 35,000 sf ground-floor office conversion delivering a mix of dining experiences, The Ardent Companies engaged Nimble. to creative direct its formal launch-to-market.
Beginning with an inherited identity, Nimble. was proud to lead discovery and competitive analysis, foundational messaging, web design and collateral development on behalf of this mixed-use gem debuting in 2024 in Buckhead.
Following Discovery, Nimble. led a foundational brand messaging exercise to deliver an ownable brand position, tagline and headline bank to serve as the roots of the launch campaign.
We formally announced Oxton to the market via OxtonATL.com, designed and developed by Nimble.
Building on insights gleaned at an on-site discovery session and breakout interviews, the site delivers on all value distinctions, including its secluded and prestigious location, tucked away in the trees at Piedmont Center.
Working within a tight launch timeframe, the Nimble. team collaborated with Bridger Properties to develop leasing collateral.
A custom illustration style, icon library, animation series, and illustrative map infuse personality into the brand while giving audiences a clearer sense of what they can expect from Oxton—and where.
Most recently, we designed a budget-friendly marketing suite, directing paint strategy and environmental graphics, to inform touring audiences about Oxton’s happenings and inspire action to take part in Piedmont Center’s next chapter.
