Nearing the debut of Stockyards’ capstone building at the corner of Brady Avenue and Marietta Street, Clarion Partners engaged Nimble. to consult on the design of a district-wide signage plan, with the goal of improving wayfinding for daily users and first-time guests traveling by foot across the five-building campus.
Additionally, Nimble. launched Stockyards’ campus website, digitally orienting users to the history and key benefits of its mixed-use offering.
We wrote content for, designed and developed a community-facing website that not only serves as a home base for tenants and practical guide for visitors but also introduces new audiences to the history-rich Stockyards district and West Midtown neighborhood.
Celebrating the energy of its environment, the site features several custom illustrations and motion moments in addition to a community events feed with built-in efficiencies for DIY client maintenance.
To clarify placemaking and distinguish pedestrian and vehicular wayfinding, our environmental graphic design team strategized a complete campus signage and wayfinding plan, beginning with exteriors and continuing into shared garage interiors.
To achieve integration with Stockyards' environment, we leaned into raw and natural materials and production techniques, including hand stenciling, for signage and wayfinding.
Nimble.’s continued contributions to storytelling and wayfinding at Stockyards gave us the opportunity to deepen our partnership with Clarion.
We’d recently collaborated on the branding, tour experience and digital marketing campaign for 926 Brady, the capstone leasing opportunity at Stockyards.
