The Kourtney

The Kourtney is a 120-unit stacked townhome rental community set to deliver attainable modern farmhouse living to active adult renters at Yates Road and I-285 in the City of South Fulton. Inspired by the founder’s late cousin Kourtney, when Bolster Real Estate Partners approached Nimble. to lead brand development and launch to market, we began with a collaborative discovery phase to uncover the unique human characteristics that needed to translate to brand. We shaped a brand strategy to guide brand development resolving that The Kourtney would fill the gap between assisted living and active adult multifamily communities, introducing modern design and lifestyle amenities that promote healthy, attainable living.
A sentimental brand with the flexibility to expand and replicate, we developed a custom typemark and signature icon for a hand-crafted look and feel that embodies the idea of beauty in simplicity. The color palette intentionally aligns to the Bolster brand while flexing natural neutrals and inviting warm colors. Complimented by a new brand story that articulates the differentiating qualities of a stacked modern townhome community and the welcoming farmhouse-inspired feel intended to guide architectural design, we shaped a branded website experience to build excitement around and generate interest in this flagship community.
