Introducing Nimble.’s Summer Design Apprentice

Today we’re giving a big shoutout to Nimble.’s summer design apprentice — Addy Pryor!

Here to sharpen her eye for graphic design, Addy is getting to know Nimble.’s approach to brand development before jetting off to study Surface Design at SCAD Savannah this fall. Drawn to the flexible nature of surface design, she’s excited to learn multidisciplinary skillsets and contribute to ‘real world’ projects. As Addy puts it, “a Surface Designer might design interior surfaces like flooring or wallpaper, they might design textiles for the fashion industry, or they might even design the textured surface of an ogre’s vest in Shrek.”

So there you have it! Knowing she’s also passionate about fine arts, we’re excited to see which direction she runs in. When she’s not in the Nimble. studio, you might find Addy flexing her drawing muscles at home or venturing outside of the country to Zambia, Africa with Wiphan Care Ministries to teach art alongside her friends and family.
