Context

When Powers Ferry Landing West owners NORO and Pope & Land approached Nimble. to create an economic solution for a stand-out experience capable of enhancing prospective tenant tour paths, we visioned a bold resolve in a sea of the same along Atlanta’s Cumberland corridor.

Approaching Exterior Finishing Details

Highlighting the custom building numerics upon entry and large-scale paint numerics on the stairwell facades improved first impressions and elevated the user wayfinding experience.

Drawing inspiration from the central, recently renovated courtyard with the intent of aligning to the existing campus blue palette — we selected a standard for color application across primary entrances, directionals and stairwell graphics. We also designed a linear pattern to strategically connect the path of travel to each building entrance.

Approaching Interior Finishing Details

Taking things inside, we extended the brand into the built environment through the application of elevator and stairwell graphics. Applying the bold Powers Ferry Landing blue and clean linear pattern across walls and doors, we worked to draw prospective tenants down the corridor towards the elevators. Through the application of enticing stairwell graphics, we created a sequence that encourages tenants to embrace the climb and use the stairs.

A Few Kind Words

I like to say that Nimble is our ‘creative brain’. The way they visualize space and approach extending brand into the built environment never ceases to amaze me. For Powers Ferry Landing West, they knew exactly how to create impact within our budget. Every time I walk over the the property now, I remember what it used to look like and I’m blown away by the updates. From first point of arrival through interior path of travel, the brand has been well received by the brokerage community as well as our existing tenants. Not only are the changes visually impactful, but they make for a memorable tour experience.
