A transit-oriented development positioned on the Lindbergh Center MARTA line at the anticipated confluence of Atlanta’s three most significant trails—Path 400, South Fork Trail and the BeltLine—the former Lindbergh Center is nearing completion on a massive redevelopment led by Rubenstein Partners. Now called Uptown Atlanta to accentuate its advantageous location at the intersection of Buckhead and Midtown, Rubenstein invited Nimble. to lead the connection of 2D and 3D brand extensions across marketing, placemaking and experiential.

Working quickly, we consulted with key teams to craft a strategic approach to brand launch through a discovery phase. Beginning with brand styling, we evolved the brand in order to ensure optimal application across marketing center and signage design. We shaped brand messaging to simplify the development’s complex make-up and expansive offering set, positioning Uptown as a place designed for accessibility. From custom illustrations and icon series, to targeted marketing center and experiential designs, we shaped a reputation to unite the development’s various uses. Beyond the design of tour collateral and a website microsite, we remain intimately involved in the development of campus signage and wayfinding programs. We look forward to supporting the Rubenstein team across additional marketing needs and experiential applications as Uptown’s debut continues to unfold in Atlanta.
