Vine Street Investors, LLC is an Atlanta-based real estate investment company dedicated to revitalizing urban places as a means to prosper communities. Founded in 2020 by long-time Nimble. collaborator Scott Denbow, when it was time to build the brand for his new company, our team was honored to lead as his active right hand. Our challenge — to bring the storied Vine Street name and Scott’s passion for People First Investing™ to life across story and visuals.
Beginning with discovery conversations, we distilled a mass of purposeful soundbites into concise, compelling key messages to drive internal and external communications. Inspired by Vine Street’s dedication to equally serving investors, employees, tenants and communities, we designed a four-prong symbol to represent its people and bring the vine to life. Selecting a signature green, we built a flexible system intended to grow with Scott’s company.
Delivering a library of essentials to invigorate business growth, we worked to bring the newly crafted brand to life across a new marketing website, presentation deck and branded staples, such as stationery and swag.
