Understanding Distributed Work
This summer, Nimble. adopted a Distributed Work model to allow for optimal flexibility amongst our team. Hear from Candice Riley Campbell, our CEO and CD, on how this model will support health first moving ahead.
How does this model differ from working from home?
In a pandemic, it looks like freedom to choose a working environment based on comfort-level. Post-pandemic, freedom to choose based on life flow (with hopeful more elsewhere days ahead).
What does it look like in application?
This varies across our team. Currently, it looks like WFH most days and flexible in-studio time. Post, it will provide flexibility for summers’ elsewhere, team elsewhere and no-worry extended travel for Nimble. projects.
How does it benefit the team/clients/growth?
Not being tied to a singular location will help provide flexibility for our entire team to pursue a workplace location conducive to contributing their ‘best work’, and grace when personal life calls.
