Where did the month of August go?

We’re not sure either, and because time flies, we wanted to take the opportunity to catch you up on where we’ve been focused as a studio entering Q4.

  • 65k+ miles traveled for check-in’s, design reviews, and project installs

  • 60k+ SF of designed interiors (from amenity spaces to lobby renovations, spec suites to marketing centers)

  • 800+ hours spent rendering [signage and interiors]

  • 350+ miles walked for site visits

  • 200+ hours spent in Discovery and Naming processes

  • 160 signage types designed for

  • 18 identities crafted and launched

  • 16 campaigns successfully brought to market

  • 15 ATL projects actively in-progress

  • Celebrated new clients, including Preferred Office Properties, Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT, Rubicon Point Partners, CBRE Silicon Valley, Mimms Enterprises, Panattoni, Onward Investors, and Vivid IP
