Heights Union
Heights District | Tampa, FL
For Heights Union, our goal was to design a memorable brand for a full campus development opportunity that could easily adapt with architectural progress happening simultaneously. When we approached signage design for Heights Union we discovered the opportunity to use a consistent material palette to compliment what was being used for the development itself. With rolled steel and concrete as our guide, we designed a signage system that celebrates raw material over color recognition. This helped tie the development to the surrounding area’s industrial roots, communicating strength and character.

3379 Peachtree
Buckhead | Atlanta, GA
What set this office building apart from surrounding Buckhead competition was its accessibility in and around the building. At 3379, you can access the parking deck either on or off of Peachtree and take the elevator straight from the deck to your floor. With the clout of a Peachtree address and the ability to avoid traffic during rush hours, we wanted to translate this idea of efficiency to visual identity. Introducing a clean logo design with a unique accentuated angle, we created a system that would break through the clutter on Peachtree. We considered numeric legibility across signage types, introducing a unifying sign layout that plays off the angles in the mark itself and a fresh, consistent palette to heighten recognition. We were able to establish consistent standards, improve the arrival experience and help 3379 stand out as a catalyst for growth in Buckhead.

Bowers Park
Cool Springs | Franklin, TN
This engagement started with a strategic re-naming exercise in order to differentiate from the saturated, multi-building office stretch known as “Corporate Centre” in Franklin, Tennessee’s Cool Springs corridor, just south of Nashville. When our client acquired what was formerly known as 8 & 9 Corporate Centre, their team was prepared to move quickly into brand development to unite the two buildings under one connected campus. Knowing our client's vision involved new tenant enriching amenity additions and central greenspace activation, we crafted the new name ‘Bowers Park’, and a unifying brand indicative of the atmosphere to come.
We extended the newly crafted brand across exterior signage extensions and led visioning and consulting of planned amenity spaces. One of the larger curve balls for this project was working with the city to plan and approve a new primary monument sign along the asset’s primary thoroughfare, Carothers Parkway. Looking into the code feedback provided and being flexible with our design plan to comply with strict code, we were able to evolve our concept to comply with material constraints and still achieve a dramatic transformation of arrival from street. In the end, it elevated the overall design and created a more substantial drive-up experience.
